We do customization, however, we ask that you bring any items that you would like customized into the store or place an order through email/over the phone. We do not accept customized items via our website.

Completion of orders usually takes up to 1 1/2-2 weeks. We will call/email you when your order is finished. If you have not received a call/email from us within those 2 weeks, please do not hesitate to give us a call regarding the status of your order.

Need it in a hurry? Please ask so we can determine if the date requested will be available.

Yes we offer bulk discount, please call for details.

Yes you can bring in your own items. However, depending on the item and/or material, we may not be able to embroider/heat press some items. You can give us a call (or bring the item in) to verify if the item you would like to be completed meets our criteria.

**Please note: we do not accept outside items for screen print.

You can order just one item, we do not have an item limit regarding embroidery or heat press. We do have a limit regarding screen print which is a minimum of 12 shirts.
